Tech (Computer Engineering) in 2010 from Al-Falah School of Engineering & Technology (Affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University), and B. Tech. in Computer Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia in 2007. He started his career as a Lecturer at BHCET, Faridabad from 2008 to 2010 and as Senior Lecturer and DPC/HOD from 2010 to 2012. He completed his Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi in 2020. He worked in Hewitt Associates (India) Pvt. Ltd. (a US based MNC located in Gurgaon) during 2005 - 2010. He participated in the setting up of the technology platform for various clients on Pensions and Health Domain. He played important role in establishing of the labs of the Department. Dr. Shamshad Ali joined as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mewat Engineering College (Wakf) (Affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak and Gurugram University, Gurugram) Nuh, Haryana, India since August 19, 2011. Earlier, he had worked as Lecturer in University Polytechnic, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University), New Delhi, India since September 1, 2006 to August 18, 2011. He has more than 16 years’ experience of teaching, administrative and research at Diploma, UG & PG level. He has been teaching the following subjects, Transmission and Distribution, Renewable Energy Sources and Technology, Electrical Power Generation, Electrical Energy Conservation and Auditing, Electrical and Hybrid Vehicles. He obtained Ph. D. (Renewable-Solar Energy), M. Tech. (Electrical Power System Management) and B. E. (Electrical Engineering) from Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University) in 2021, 2009 and 2005 respectively. Dr Ali has written the self-learning material in book form for Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DM) Course of Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University). His Areas of interest includes Renewable-solar energy, Solar resource assessment, smart grids, micro grids, grid integration of renewable energy sources, intelligent techniques application in power system. Dr. Khwaja M Rafi is a Director and Professor of Mewat Engineering College, Nuh, Haryana. He has 19+ years Professional experience including Teaching, Industry, Research, and Training. He has completed B.Tech and Ph.D from India`s renowned Central University Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi and Masters (M.Tech) from Globally acclaimed Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Dr. Rafi has expertise in control systems, renewable energy resources, biomass energy systems and corresponding fields. His research interest is in Hybrid Renewable Energy systems and he has developed a model by which 95% pure Methane gas can be generated which in turn can be used to generate electricity or as fuel. A patent has been awarded in his name in Dec 2019 and the topic of patent is ANAEROBIC DIGESTER FOR EFFICIENT METHANE PRODUCTION USING KITCHEN WASTE. The other inventors are Dr Majid Jamil and Dr Neena Godara. Another patent in the of Manav Rachna International institute of Research and Studies has been awarded in June 2020 where Dr. Dipali Bansal, Dr. Neena Godara and Dr. Khwaja M. Rafi are the inventors. The topic of the patent is "A MOBILE HOME BASED BIOGAS DIGESTER". Dr. Rafi has a very wide experience in academics as well as in administration. He had been heading institutions in Delhi, Haryana, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh and contributed to make these institutes as center of excellence. He made great efforts to get NBA, NAAC accreditation for these institutes. Dr Rafi took initiative to start new courses such as Diploma in Polytechnic, Mass media and journalism, Dip and Bachelor in Vocational courses, Different skill courses in Bihar, BA B. Com, MBA etc. Community Radio, a FM Channel under ministry of IT, Govt of India was approved under his leadership for the city of Barabanki UP. Dr Rafi has worked as a Consultant in a World Bank /Govt. of India under NPIU. He was instrumental to implement a prestigious project of Govt of India called TEQIP (Technical Education Quality Implement Programme). He was providing training and assisting institutions for procurement and academic activities. He is also in the panel of selection board, Member-Board of studies, Examiner, Evaluator and Moderator of different universities in India. Mr. Kamaluddin Khan has joined as Guest Lecturer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department in Mewat Engineering College. He has done his B.Sc. in Engineering and M.Sc. Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). He initially joined as a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at AMU where he worked for 20 years. He then taught for 15 years at Yanbu Industrial College, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Saudi Arabia in the Electrical & Electronics Engineering Technology Department & Electrical Power Engineering Technology Department where he played a key role in curriculum development. His area of expertise lies in Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, Electric Drives, Power Electronics, and Electrical Machines. Tech. in Thermal Engineering and was the class topper, after that he joined World Institute of Technology, Sohna, Gurugram and worked as Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department (2016-2017). Dr. NADEEM A KHAN

Dr. Nadeem A Khan working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Mewat Engineering College, India (on leave). He also worked as a Head of Department (HoD) from 2014 to 2017. Currently, he is working as Post Doc Fellow in KFUPM, Saudi Arabia (QS-ranking-106). He completed his Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, in 2022. He also acted as Co-project coordinator from 2018 to 2022 ( 05 Crore Rupees approx.) under the Govt. of India Project, WAMSI, mapping of Waqf Properties of Haryana district, India. Currently, he is working with India's Top Scientist of IISC, Banglore (Dr. Parveen), on different projects related to wastewater and its treatment. Has received his M.Tech. (Civil Engineering) in 2011 with Honors in Environmental Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, India. He acted as an Editorial board member of Nature journal- Scientific Reports and worked for the Springer journal special issue of Discover water and the Hindawi Journal special issue (IF= 4.9). His recent accomplishments included 15 Coursera course completion certificates. He was awarded the Best Young Scientist Award (Male) by LWT India and GECL for his Scientific contribution to Environmental Engineering. Dr. Khan was associated with the Ministry of Environment and Forest (India) for two years as Junior Research Fellow (J.R.F) in 2009-11 and also worked with UNICEF as a Research Assistant (R.A) on the topic of GIS mapping and Water quality parameter estimation, 2012. He has attended several conferences, workshops, seminars, and research and engaged in research projects. He has published 04 Books with International Publishers, 80 papers in SCI ( H-Index=25 and Total Citations=2000+) , and 05 Internation Editorial experiences in his account. He has also published more than 10 PATENTS in Civil Engineering and water treatment. He is also active in social welfare activities.
